Data transfer objects

The user registration DTO can be an instance of either [DataclassDTO][litestar.dto.DataclassDTO], [MsgspecDTO][litestar.dto.msgspec_dto.MsgspecDTO] or [PydanticDTO][litestar.dto.pydantic_dto.PydanticDTO]
